Together the Ministry of public health and Sanitation and the Ministry of Medical services have initiated pneumococcal vaccine in health facilities. This vaccine is given to children under 1 years to prevent pneumonia and meningitis. The vaccine is free in all public facilities.
The two ministries are also planning to start malezi bora, measles and polio campaigns in May. This will be done in selected districts in the country.
The Division of Health Information System wishes to improve the Master Facitly List.
